Two Generations of Cabbage Patch Kids

I got a Cabbage Patch Kid for Christmas. Her name is Kara Violet. She is very pretty. I like playing with her hair. Her hair smells like flowers and she glows in the dark. Daddy had a Cabbage Patch doll when he was a kid. His Cabbage Patch Kid was in a box at our house. Daddy's doll's name is Brett Nolan. We let Brett and Kara meet each other on Christmas. I think they are both fun! I like my Cabbage Patch Kid. I think Daddy likes his, too! I need to go get a clean diaper on. - Imogene

It was a happy Christmas Eve!

I had so much fun on Christmas Eve! I ate cookies and some candy! Mommy let me eat some M&Ms! They were so yummy! Daddy cooked Cashew! God Bless You Chicken and he gave me my own chopsticks to use! It was so fun! - Imogene
I enjoyed my first Christmas Eve. I slept through a lot of it. I liked Mommy, Daddy, and Imogene singing Christmas songs. That made me laugh. Imogene was dancing while singing and I thought that was really funny! I didn't eat any cookies or candy. I thought it was good day! - Aidan
We had so much fun on Christmas Eve. As the kids already said, we did eat Chinese food, bake cookies, and sing. We also read the prophesy about the coming of the Christ from the book of Isaiah. We made peppermint chocolate swirl cookies. They ended up being huge! Seriously, those cookies were easily the length of my hand with fingers outstretched. I made mulled cider for me & Adam. Imogene got to bed around 9. I was very surprised after all the sugar we let her have. I thought we had a very nice Christmas Eve! - Lindsey

Riding In Aidan's Wagon

Daddy and I got all bundeled up today and went for a ride in Aidan's wagon. Aidan doesn't mind if I use it. I asked him before I did it. He made a noise that I think meant "yes". I really like playing outside! It doesn't matter how cold it is! I would like you to notice my nice mittens. Those keep my hands warm. Cousin Melissa got me that hat and those mittens last year. I like them. They have horses on them! I like horses and ponies. I think they are cute! I had fun outside today. I need to go help my brother now. - Imogene

I'm trying out my highchair.

I sat in my highchair for the first time the other day. I really liked being up high and able to see everything going on in the kitchen. I don't eat food yet, but I am getting those pre-eating skills down! Mommy was very proud of me for sitting like a big boy! I'm going to go watch Daddy cook dinner. - Aidan
